The plugin works as expected, and the customer support was very helpful. I had a small issue, and their team responded quickly and guided me through the solution.
Great experience with Sachin G Kulkarni. He helped me get an accessibility statement on my Shopify website and was very knowledgeable about Shopify's integration. Additionally, he answered all of my questions regarding accessibility features and was able to share informative articles with me regarding my questions. He was on time for the call and was very respectful. Definitely recommend working with this company.
Don't even consider this app! We have been using all kinds of Shopify apps for over 10 years and this is the worst app and app support I have ever seen.
They can not do the simplest thing which is to automatically charge our Shopify account every month for our usage. They send me an email saying that our subscription renewal has failed, I go to the app to refresh payment method, I have to click at least 10 buttons to update our payment only to see that there is an "error". Then I reach out to the tech support team, it takes about 5 emails to communicate the issue to them and what is their solution? "Set up a video conference with us"?! So, now I need to do a video conference to fix the issue of your glitchy app?

The app is not glitchy, sometimes subscription fails for various reasons.
