Seems to work pretty good but I still have issues that are not being resolved I have contacted support numerous times. At first they said to be patient that it takes a couple of days to fully relive the issues. But 4 days later still not working and now I’m being told there is a glitch. I was told to be patient again and that tech are working on it and they would contact me when it’s resolved. It has been about 4 more days now and I still haven’t received any Info.
This product seems to work great and I seriously hope the issues can be resolved.

I set it up on a test URL then changed my URL for launch and they're saying I have to buy an additional plan for $50 for the new URL and can't use the one I already paid $50 for.

Our website was sued and after looking at numerous solutions and the top A.D.A. website attorneys in the country, our experience with their service was a little frustrating at the beginning. More than a month of back and forth with no real solutions. We looked a different solutions however what compelled us to this company was the promise of passing all the accessibility scans and being compliant on a code level without the huge costs of hiring a coding company to redo all the code on the backend.

They finally came out with a solution after 1 month and a half and everything on our website seems to be passing the compliance test, only time will tell but I commend them for making the effort the fix the issue for shopify users.

For those considering Accessibe, I strongly advise using independent methods to verify compliance like google light house and wave chrome add ons, these scanning websites are used as the standard by attorneys to check before suing you.
