ActiveCampaign Email Marketing

This is a great and reliable application to send out your emails from. Just a little pricey. However, I highly recommend to those looking for an upgraded "CRM" system.

Being able to have customers automatically added to our list for their purchases has been very helpful to our stores conversation rate. They are always adding new features and sending helpful tips to increase revenue.

The Active Campaign integration utilizes customer data in a way that I previously didn't know was possible. Beyond just looking at the abandoned carts, AC can see when a customer visits a certain page, when they checkout, and lots of other helpful data. I do wish you had a calendar filter to organize scheduled campaigns. There isn't really any way to filter and organize and that gets extremely overwhelming. Overall, the app works well and gives a good amount of data on customer behavior in order to better target with specific emails.

Switching from MailChimp, I have experienced that ActiveCampaign has a lot more options for how to setup your automations/drip campaigns. For me, I love this because I can segment my audience as soon as they come in as a new subscriber and share information that they actually care to hear from me. Improves my subscriber retention and increase my sales! I also love that they offer free onboarding video calls to walk you through any questions that you may have. It was very helpful when learning how to properly setup the automations. Highly recommended!

It really helps keeping track of both the sales and the customers. It allows us to sharpen our knowledge of our clientele, and provide better services. Love it!

The out-of-the-box Shopify API connection to AC was one of the reasons we switched to Active Campaign - for abandoned carts, pre and post-purchase email drips, and targeted purchase exclusion criteria the automation workes perfectly. I would love to see even more access to shipping info/event triggers, and product usage flows in the future!

The active campaign integration has been a huge help to providing timely follow up and ongoing communication with my customers. It has also automated processes that save me time and help me to make even more sales in my store. I recommend it.

Active Campaign is incredibly useful and allows you to effectively target your audience with deep Shopify integration. We are all about data and being able to make the best decisions and communicate the right way based on what we can track. The amount of data that is pulled in seamlessly from Shopify to ActiveCampaign is impressive. We feel confident in future decisions and seeing how customers are interacting with our brand. We are already building out communication that is specific to what we know and we can even insert or remove content based on what that customer should see or would most likely like to see. So exciting!

Active Campaign has been very easy to navigate and use. Customer service experience has been very helpful too. Highly recommended!
