We've tested multiple U.S. printers and fulfillment centers and I can confidently say that Acutrack is the best. What makes them stand out is their willingness to work with us and accommodate us to see us succeed. Definitely recommend for anyone who want to scale their book publishing business.
We switched to Acutrack in 2023 and have had zero regrets. You cannot beat their pricing and ability to complete projects in a timely manner. Any issues we have had have been resolved quickly and easily. Manmath and Pete are always a pleasure to deal with.
Acutrack has been awesome. They've got higher-quality printing solutions than many competitors. They've got real customer service people to help you out. Their warehouse and shipping is totally automated, so I can focus on selling books while they ship them. They take care of international shipping.
The only downside is that it's a little bit slow in comparison to Amazon for domestic shipping (but who isn't?). But other than that, Acutrack is solid—especially as a printing solution.
I have been working with Acutrack on the fulfillment of over 50 products for almost a year and have always had amazing service and support. This company is on the ball and FRIENDLY. Their service is top notch. I Highly Recommend them and this app.
Really great/intuitive integration — the only issue I've had is the "ship error activity" feature, and how it doesn't recognize the UK as a valid country code so I have to go back in and change it to "Great Britain."
This app is outstanding and allows for true "hands off" operation of an entire business. The combination of the Shopify sales channel with Acutrack's automated fulfillment means that the entire purchase, fulfillment and shipping process can take place completely automatically. Accutrack integrates seamlessly with Shopify and we have not had a single problem using it. In addition, the Acutrack customer service and quality control is second to none. They provide highly-personalized and immediate assistance. Highly recommended for any business.
We have been using Acutrack through our Shopify store for a few months now and it has been fantastic. It has made our process run much more smoothly and is significantly faster than what we were using before. Their customer service is also always available and they are quick and helpful! I wasn't sure how to configure this and the site doesn't seem very intuitive.
Acutrack helped us achieve our sales goals. We produced and distributed an independent documentary using Acutrack's disc production and fulfillment services. Besides making the process as simple as possible and hitting all the deadlines what really stands out is Acutrack's customer service. We frequently had questions about packaging, international shipping, bulk orders, etc. Whenever we had a question we always received a fast response from customer service, sometimes as quickly as thirty minutes. It's that level of professionalism that makes Acutrack our first choice for fulfillment services.
Acutrack is great fulfillment company! We have been working with them now for a year and if there is any problem, they are quick to solve it! Highly recommend to everyone who is looking for Fulfillment and Publishing!
Great company to partner with. Are they a lightweight plugin? Nope, they are a fulfillment partner, with a warehouse, phone staff. You name it, they do it. They have fulfilled on both our DVD's and Blurays, and have professionally authored them as well. Heck, they can even help with fulfilling your amazon store purhcases.

This is not an app, but a link to a store that shouldn't be on Shopify. And visiting it made me feel like I was going back in time, to when the internet appeared for the first time. It still amazes me, how extremely incompetent people are in the most basic things, and still having the audacity to think this shop can provide a service to anyone. What kind of service? This app is a waste of time.

We are not a shopify store but a fulfillment company that integrates with a shopify store to make the process seamless. This app is designed to connect a shopify store to our system. This allows the orders to go directly to our system so we can fulfill accordingly.

Once they get you to sign the contract, the experience becomes poor. Lack of communication, unprofessionalism, and inattention to detail. I canceled after only a few weeks when I realized they were making my fulfillment process harder, not easier. Furthermore, I was promised a refund for my inconvenience and that never even happened. A real unfortunate experience.

The Acutrack Shopify app has been great for Right Shears. There were two key factors that made it great: it was quick and easy to setup, and it works. Orders are shipped the same day and status is accurately reflected within Shopify. Thanks Raj and Vaibhav! :)
Acutrack's fulfillment services have seriously streamlined our operations. We now don't keep any inventory, because Acutrack creates our products on-demand when they're ordered! Acutrack staff is very easy to work with, and they are always ready to help.
