The app allows customer to update shipping address on their own, without need to contact support
Address Edit Helper app allows customer to easily update order shipping address on their own without having to contact customer support and wait for hours for reply. Customer sometimes might have moved to another place, or type in wrong address by mistake, this app makes it easy for customers to update shipping address from the order status page and the account page, so that the parcel will arrive at the up to date address.
- Let customer update order shipping address on their own
- Set time limit, eg: customer can only update address within 2 days of order
- Disallow shipping address amendment on certain product / orders with tag
