Shopify Flow, Check-outAddress Validation iO enables address validation for merchants to reduce returns and shipping costs.
Address Validation iO automatically validates addresses and therefore prevents order issues due to faulty address data. Customers which enter a wrong address are enabled to correct them. The app helps them by showing suggestions based on the address entries. By validating customers addresses, merchants can improve the customer satisfaction and avoid costs for returns, redeliveries etc.

Die App reduziert die Fehler der Kunden deutlich und sorgt somit für korrekte Daten und eine schnellere Versandabwicklung.
Es gibt noch ein wenig Luft nach oben, aber auch hier sind die Moving Primates gewillt, ihr System noch weiterzuentwickeln.

Ich liebe diese App. Frage mich wirklich warum sie nicht populärer ist.
Bei uns wars im Kundenservice immer so ein zeitlicher Aufwand alle Kunden mit fehlerhafter Lieferadresse anzuschreiben und dann zu schauen wann wer geantwortet hat und das ans Lager weiterzuleiten.
Das können wir uns jetzt einfach sparen - bin begeistert!
+ Ich hatte eine Frage bzw. einen Anpassungswunsch und dieser wurde direkt weitergeleitet und in der Software umgesetzt. Besser gehts wirklich nicht.

Mit dieser App kann man nicht wirklich viel machen. Das Banner auf der "Danke"-Seite lädt und lädt 10 Minuten lang und dann gibt es einfach auf. Ich habe alle anderen post-purchase Apps gelöscht und trotzdem funktioniert nichts. Ich habe das Problem mehrere Male angesprochen, aber der Fehler wurde nicht behoben. Tut mir leid, aber ich kann es nicht empfehlen.
Vielen Dank für Ihr Review. Es tut uns sehr leid, dass bei Ihnen durch die Nutzung der App Probleme aufgetreten sind. Vor allem, weil wir aufgrund ihres konstruktiven Feedbacks schon einige Optimierungen unserer App vornehmen konnten.
Wie schon in unserem Schriftverkehr angesprochen, benötigt unser Banner die von Shopify gelieferten Daten, um Informationen über die Validität der Kundenadresse anzugeben. Es kann jedoch sein, dass Shopify bei gewissen Stores länger benötigt, um die Daten an post-purchase-apps weiterzugeben. Die Geschwindigkeit dieses Prozesses lässt sich leider unsererseits nicht beeinflussen. Durch Ihren Hinweis haben wir ja bereits das Wording des Banners optimiert und die Ladezeit erhöht, jedoch nicht auf 10 Minuten, sondern ca. eine Minute.
Prominente Gründe, weshalb Shopify länger für die Bekanntgabe der Daten benötigt, habe ich Ihnen per E-Mail gesendet. Ich hoffe, ich konnte Ihnen damit weiterhelfen.
