We've been using the app for about a year now. It's been extremely helpful and we had zero issues implementing it. We'd absolutely recommend to other small business looking for an address verification solution.

This app has been a great addition to our site! It was very easy to setup and has worked flawlessly. We downloaded it primarily for address corrections but then quickly realized it's full potential with blocking PO boxes and other features that we were able to utilize. We recently ran into an issue where our shipping script wasn't working properly in conjunction with the app and reached out to their team for support. They wanted to understand what we were trying to achieve with the script and we explained that we have had several problems delivering to Highway Contract (HC Box) addresses. They ended up adding the feature to not allow Highway Contract Route addresses in their app and this was implemented on the same day! Needless to say, we are very happy with this app and company!

Super easy to use and it's been great allowing our customers to correct their own address while placing the order. This helped us get around a disappointing lack of address validation functionality in NetSuite and ensure that our customers get their orders to the right place.

The address validator provides a pretty inexpensive way to save your time and energy calling customers who left invalid addresses or avoid losses from undeliverable packages. Customer service is very prompt as well.

The app is amazing, especially for those out-of-area places and the staff is extremely helpful. Highly recommended.

Amazing product and even more impressive customer support, I asked for a few feature changes and they were done practically overnight. Product works really well and already saved me a lot of pain with wrong addresses.

Very useful app. Our 3PL warehouse can't accept more than 55 characters for the address line 1 field — with this app we can limit the characters and show a custom error message. Additionally, we're starting to ship more internationally and found some city addresses can't be longer than 30 characters. It's not possible to limit the city field independently, but the app developer quickly added this for our convenience. The support has been very top-notch! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We have been very happy with RoboTurk's AVS. In addition to offering our consumers a proactive way to validate and fix their erroneous addresses, it also generates an Email Alert to our Customer Service team to notify them when a consumer ignores the alert. This way they can follow-up and ensure the address is validated.

Great app. It's not asking every minute to write a review. I contact support and they help me almost immediately.
