Great product, just what we needed. Prevents address errors and give us control over what type of addresses we can ship to.

It's amazing to see just how many customers accept the new validated address that is offered to them! This should cut down on delivery errors. Also, Wilson is very responsive.

**updated on Feb 21, 2019 ** I asked Wilson to allow us to configure the email contact displayed on the form, and he implemented my request. It is now an additional field that I can configure. Definitely recommend this app.

Great app!

Moved here from another app that was too rigid.

This app is easy to use, has a great interface, and actual functionality that helps (vs being reactive and creating more work).

The support team was fantastic. They basically "held our hand" throughout the process as if they were on our payroll!

This app is the best available address validator on the shopify store today. It works consistently and reliably, and support from the team is rock solid. If you are intimidated by all of the awesome options, don't be afraid to reach out to their support team, you won't regret it. Would absolutely recommend to others.

App works well, would be dramatically better for us if after verification and removing the incorrect tag if it then added the correct tag , shipstation doesn't recognize and update for a tag removal, but it does with a tag change.

I use this app and generally it works well, but it doesn't catch everything. I've had issues with some European addresses, doesn't stop people from entering the same street twice, etc...
If you have a large number of orders a month, it can get to be expensive. They should consider a better pricing model.

Update! We have had this App installed now for last 7/8 months - Highly Recommended App with great professional support, provided by great people. Customers experience a nicer, more secure checkout procedure with this App installed. Its So easy to install too and new features are always being added. Pricing is perfect. Cheers. europabay.com

This review us long overdue! This App is a 5 Star, Must have App. The user interface in admin section is clean, crispy and very easy to navigate. In general this app adds another layer or level to security at checkout. Our customers love it and find the whole checkout experience more professional and secure. We always lost countless hours correcting addresses and following up with customers to get any missing data. Since we installed the app I am happy to report that from all our orders in the last 2 weeks (about 400) only 1! still had an error. And this was because the customer refused the suggestion of the shipping address validator. We went from 20-30% faulty address to 0% address errors overnight! :) I can highly recommend this app for addresses in Belgium and the Netherlands. It is also a beautifull combination with iPacky and MyParcel to auto print the corrected shippinglabels automatically in the flow from your order picking without any errors.
