Awesome app, definitely a must have if you're selling products and need to get in front of the right people at the right time.
We started using Adroll recently and the support and integration has been really smooth so far, especially with the customer support that has been top-notch! Really excited to see how Adroll will be able to help our small business grow.
The app is great, their customer support gets an A+!!!! Available anytime and they're very patient explaining everything. Very easy to use and has GREAT Shopify integration.
The integration and setup is quick and easy. I appreciate the analytics and reporting metrics that are available at all spend levels. Very user-friendly if you're familiar with digital ad terminology.

I was unable to get adequate ad designs from the design team. After a period of weeks we decided not to continue with AdRoll. They made it a nightmare to get our data removed from their system. Think very carefully before allowing AdRoll to integrate with your store.

Excellent product and app! Been using adroll for a long time, and very shortly after installing and setting it up ( which was a breeze! ) we started to see ROAS of 10x - highly recommend. We use AdRoll for dynamic retargeting and web display ads. It's a very easy platform to navigate and the support we get from our account manager is helpful and engaging. It's a great addition to our overall marketing strategy.
