I had a problem with how my ads were being created on this App. I used the Live Chat option and was able to get my problem solved in under 15 minutes and solutions to things I didn't know I needs. The Live Chat and Customer Service were Awesome. Thank you!
This app really helped us get traffic and sales very quickly. We were very surprised and relieved at the same time. We recommend this app.

Customer service is on top! Yes it's confusing at first but they're really helpful and answered all my questions and showed me exactly how to use this app

Great service: Adroll helped us achieve >10 ROAS. Very quick to set up and get campaigns going: The automated HTML5 creatives that could have taken a long time/resources to create in house were ready in seconds. Same with tracking. It really removed all the trouble you normally go through setting up display ads campaigns. Amazing client service/support as well - our account manager Serena has been extremely helpful and proactive providing us all the information we need to drive business growth. Ideal for retailers with low display advertising/creative resources.
