We often see an ROI of 10+ x's. Amber is an outstanding rep. Seamless integration with Shopify. Sometimes have issues getting ads approved as we are a men's swim / underwear brand however pleased with the service overall.
They will assign you an account rep who will recommend the highest budget possible and rarely check in. They're billing system is horrendous so forget about tracking how much you will actually spend with them. Avoid and learn retargeting on your own or use other apps!
I reached out to get help and they responded that they wouldn't invest time with me to understand your platform unless I expressed how much money I would spend

Great customer service and a user-friendly interface. Gets me a lot of traffic every day and has some smart AI campaigns to offer as well.
Adroll has great customer service. Michael Lee was really helpful and supportive throughout the onboarding process and made it easier for us.
All good after basic testing. Ad campaign setup was quick, pulling directly from the Shopify products. It was tough to find, but Live Chat Support quickly pointed me in the right direction.
Would highly recommend Adroll!. Very pleased with the customer support and the quality of their services. Probably one of the best platforms to use if you want to advertise your products and website, as to mention again; very helpful customer support via live chat.
