Adroll needs to do 3 things if they really want to succeed:
1. Launch a comprehensive and simple enough video education course for clients.
2. Increase transparency of which specific transaction were linked to the sale, so that the merchant could understand if it is a new business brought though adroll a barely old customer who would buy anyway.
3. Have the courage and honesty to have their own employees answer uncomfortable questions.
Otherwise it could be pretty nice tool if you could be sure it works.
just started to use this app so far the support I got is amazing looking forward to seeing how it will work
I signed up for the $40 plan but with a month free trial. I got $95 for free towards ads and after $52 being used not one person added anything to their cart which is super upsetting but I’m glad I had that free trial to figure that out. I wish you were able to choose the age and gender the ads target and I wish they had more options for the type of stuff you sell on your website. I sell phone cases but had to select “fashion” as the type option.

The campaign was live for 3 days only - we'd highly suggest keeping the campaigns running longer, this will make sure our algorithm BidIQ has more time to optimize the values. Adroll's platform is incredibly easy to use and understand. They incorporate quantifiable data with visuals that help you understand what's working, and what isn't. If I've ever had a question about anything I see in my account the support team has ALWAYS gotten back to me very quickly. Great product with a great team. I'm extremely please with they're platform.
Excellent Customer Support and excellent app to make your Marketing campaigns. The platform is very easy to use and have too many options to optimize with a different kind of campaigns. Retargeting for example are one of the bests, great app!
Amazing customer service from Prerana T. Was really helpful and resolved my issue quickly without any hassle.
Recommend these guys, they are really helpful and ready to invest their time to help you with your ads!
