I would't recommend this app to anyone. The conversions they show you are false, and its nearly impossible to get them to cancel your account. I have now tried calling and emailing all week to find out I was billed yet again while my campaigns are paused.
Please do not use this app and find better ones. They charged my card after i cancelled my services with them and ive reached out to them multiple times and hadnt recieved a response. only scam companies stop responding ironically after they steal money from you.

Unreliable App. You are not even able to add/remove/edit your recipient list. However, the customer service is responsive enough.

AdRoll is a fantastic App and Service. Re-targeting is very important for any business and AdRoll really does it well. They create stunning ads and manage campaigns seamlessly. I give them 5 stars and would highly recommend.
I used Adroll cause I wanted better conversions then when you do ads alone. If that's what you want stay away from Adroll for sure. Not only will your impressions be high but they put your advertisements on sites that consumers aren't on so you will get little to no clicks. It's poor performance for sure.
Connected my IG and FB but somehow there were no re targeting on those platforms at all. I just deleted the app but still had to pay for basically nothing happening. It's a waste of time and money like others have said. If you're extremely dissatisfied with the performance they won't do any sort of refund. So if you're thinking about it again I say don't. They're many other apps that will do a way better job.
If I could I'll give this app a negative in the stars but the worse is 1 star.

We tried finding your account with AdRoll to see what might have happened and why you haven't received the response yet, however, we were not able to locate the account using the "El Khan" store name. VERY DISAPPOINTED they tempt you with a free $60 "try adroll for free" is what they claim, the reality? they charge your credit card each week without any consent or notification of how much it will be. $30 per week they have been charging me and i had no idea as i was told i had a $60 free trial and didn't agree to any further spend beyond that. This is my first bad experience with a shopify app and i would suggest you stay well clear!
Terrific extension and super easy to get going off the hop
Really slow approval process, they tell you just to wait and do not inform you what are the reasons for the delay.
The app will bring you only headache.
I used this app to trying and grow traffic and conversion to out website. Unfortunately we made a significant loss and didn't even break even over the 6/7 weeks.
The team are very helpful but this wasn't a success for us,
