I was a bit wary of ad apps due to bad experiences with other such apps, but Adscale's performance has been profitable and stable for a mid-sized store. Customer support has been excellent, with highly responsive managers who patiently fielded my questions, cleared my doubts about performance and addressed my issues with the app. The app is also constantly updated with improved features. Would recommend to anyone looking to automate their advertising.

Where has this app been since I started? Having paid for a more expensive AI tool that didn't deliver, this tool started delivering straight away within a day of installation I was getting more sales. Its is worth every penny and I highly recommend installing this app instead of wasting time with these so-called ad gurus etc.

I do wish there was a way to edit the landing page of each ad. Maybe there is a way already but I could just need to play around a bit.

I am so happy with this app. It combines all my advertising platforms in one place where I can easily view and compare the analytics and effectiveness of multiple ads and audiences. Our rep, Rafael, is informative, conscientious, reliable, and very personable. I appreciate the continual follow-up from Rafael. Adscale does not just sell you the app and disappear. A real person will walk you through the setup and also monitor your ad campaigns and provide guidance and suggestions. I highly recommend Adscale.

Tried the app for a month. The AI did not seem to do anything but raise the CPC way higher than it was when I run manual ads.
I got worse results with the app compared to manual ads. Also less exposure for the same money. The interface also is terribly slow and there are some issues with the interface itself. For example you can choose up to 5 videos when making facebook and instagram ads, but adscale only create ads with one of the selected videos. I asked the customer service about this and their answer is that adscale only suports one video per ad set. Then why do they allow you to select five different ones? I tried this app since I was tired of babysitting the ads manager but it was not a solution that worked for me. If you have some knowledge about runing ads you should stay clear of this app.

Never been so dissapointed.
