Cobrança abusiva. Em dólares e ainda foi Duplicada ,cobrando dois meses junto no meu cartão , perde até a confiança em deixar o cartão cadastrado na shopify , creio que vou pra outra plataforma isso que eu nem faço vendas ainda … muito menos pelo Facebook
You have been using the app since December 2024 and have already benefited from the service and results provided. As a subscription-based app, charges are applied based on usage and orders processed through the platform.
It appears there may have been a misunderstanding regarding the billing structure, as the subscription terms and conditions explain how charges are applied. We always encourage merchants to review the app pricing and terms before installing and using the service.

Good try charging me for no orders on day 1 5 seconds into install. not to smart. Maybe go back to school and get more education.
Nov 19 5 start review gives bull example of consumer talking about server reliability lol. How does a consumer have access to server activates to even judge. lol.
Every one star review talks about over charge. disputing with Capi is pointless.. im disputing full charge with shopifty so there attention on my disputues kicks this bull app out of here.

They charged us without our knowledge, even though we had already uninstalled the app as per their guidance. I emailed them on the same day while in the free trial, but unfortunately, I was still charged. We haven’t received any response yet. I kindly request a full refund. I have already sent you an email regarding this issue.

We’d like to kindly remind you that we fully resolved your case by providing a full refund of $117 for the entire month’s use on April 11.
Following Shopify Support’s advice, we respectfully ask that you update or remove your review, as the issue has been fairly and completely resolved. Keeping a negative review despite receiving both full service and a full refund is not reflective of fair practice.
