AW Store Locator

Given the other reviews are all 5 stars I am not sure what has gone wrong here but this is the worst experience I have had with a Shopify app in over a decade of using Shopify.

1. I was not given a 7 day free trial as advertised.

2. There is no instruction of how to embed the store locator on a Shopify page.

3. I can’t see any option to change map colour as stated in the description. The layout is not the same as the screenshots here.

4. The support tab does not load properly making it inaccessible.

5. Two emails to support remain unanswered after 5 days.

6. Other reviews mention support via WhatsApp which does not work on my laptop and having to download an app for support is a very poor user experience.

I have seen stores using this app effectively and it looks like it should be a great app but sadly the instructions are lacking and the support seems to have disappeared.

A clear app, doing just where it is needed for. Excellent customer support, really friendly and very helpful. Highly recommended.

Great customer service experience. The app itself was easy to install and has a simple design. Apparently Shopify updated its policies regarding google (Not sure what or why?). This caused our app to have an error. The owner offered a google Meet, quickly resolved the problem and then too the initiative to offer a handful of modifications to our settings to improve user experience.

Pretty simple and straightforward app. When I had troubles with the API key I received immediate support by the developer. Great help, thank you!
