App is not that good as well adding to the terrible CS
Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. I’m very sorry we failed to meet your expectations. We have updated our system to improved performance but there are few issue happen during weekend with email system. We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.
This app keeps crashing. We rely on it for supplemental info on product listings and were just told that they do not have developers to fix it for TWO WEEKS. Two weeks where we cannot add any new products to our shop. I am beside myself - beware adding this garbage app to your site. You will not get the support you need when it stops working.
Easy handling and very fast to work with. I recommend it. Maybe a bulk editing function would make the app more interesting for the mass.
RETALIATING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! BEWARE We ran into an issue with a custom field, where the content we placed in their app would change in the front end. When asked for support with detailed information about the issue, this was the response from their "Customer Success Specialist": We don't offer service to debug any issue from your custom code because there are a lot of tickets we should handle daily. " It is worth noting, our code was not "custom" was just the implementation of the app's functionalities. When asked to take a closer look at our original email, they dismissed it again. Good app, horrible customer support. ** Update: The app retaliated to the above review by blocking our already configured content in the app. When we reach out to them about the issue, this was their response. "Thank you for your interest in our application. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to further help. We’ve learned that aspects of your business model do not agree with our company mission, but we’ve included a list of providers we recommend" David Hoang / When confronted about this being a retaliation. This was their response: "Sorry, we have to refuse to provide this service to you. it’s not problem with your review. It’s only because we can’t meet your expectation about service. Hope you sympathize" It is clear here, as much as they want to try to hide it, that it is all about the review. Any app that highjacks your site because you were not happy with their customer service should not be part of the community. Or should users be afraid of apps blocking them based on reviews?

I must correct myself (regarding my previous review -below-): I found out that if I successfully create a field set and I publish it, it works as advertised, in fact it looks great and although is a little complicated and not too UX friendly, it does the job very well. But the code I introduced in my product liquid template went missing, like it was erased, and that caused my fields to disappear form mu published site. I tried to repeat that event just to prove my thesis but I haven’t been able to. I'm 100% positive that code went missing without my intervention. I’m bumping it to 4 stars (not 5 because I’m not certain it won’t happen again and reliability is a big factor for me). Original review: If you want to see how it might look if it actually worked, then go ahead and install this app. I installed it a couple of days ago and after lots of hour of work it looked very nice, but today is just not showing none of my fields on my online store. They just won’t answer via human support, they just send some robot replies saying "read this", "go there", "create an account", "wait for a ticket" and all that runaround. It's a shame cus it really did what I was looking for. I'm sure they want me to follow a support protocol, but after crashing as it did, I don't think it worth the shot.

Sorry about the inconvenience, it's a ticket system so we need to take some time to answers your request. We already feedback on the ticket then request access your store to check the issue.
The app mostly works great but the bulk edit option does not. You still have to go to every item, expand the field, and save it for the bulk edit to process. Overall, a great app I use to edit custom fields.

I'm pretty sure most of these reviews are fake, since they seem to have tons of people someplace in Asia doing their amateur support (probably writing all the reviews as well). The tab edits are not being saved and I've been trying to fix this one problem for over a week already. Horrible technical support, amateurs, now are offering to work for $30 per hour. They're reply:
"Sorry, ACF only supports you to manage meta fields (data in the backend). About theme display, please contact your theme developer to fix how it displays. I see you 3 text custom fields for your tabs. You may change it to HTML fields for easy custom content for better layout results.
We may help you change it with a custom task fee for the theme customization. It will take about 2 hours to do. Total cost: $60. If you want to do it, please let me know, I will process it."
First of all, very sorry to you for the bad experience. Your requirement isn't the app's feature, it's a theme customization request. So, we should charge for any customization theme requests as an expert task.
Very Bad! App dashboard not loading.I have try many time but load any more. Just useless this app is.
