I installed the app and it was not working as expected. Emailed the developer assistance and they were able to address the issues very promptly and now its working great.
The app worked well for a few days.
Then their server seems to have stopped working. My site is totally blocked (it load a page in 55 seconds).
Great app and great customer support! They help me installing the app and fix all the problem i had
Good app! Had a question and the support team was available immediately! I wanted to have this function on the homepage instead of the product page. Gave access to the support and they fixed it within 10 minutes! Recommended!!
This is an incredible app, it makes my business possible , high recommendation! And their technical support is even more amazing , especially Vipin , he has been so helpful to help to set all the functions up !!!

We haven't launched yet, so haven't started accepting pre-orders, but support for the install been excellent so far. There were some display issues with the cart and notification email, however Vikas was extremely responsive, polite and helpful. Thank you!
This app is very good and helped me creating pre-order option and partial payment for attracting the customers, And mainly the support team has very good response and solving the our requirement quickly.

The app is very buggy. Also reached out for support and gave them over a week to answer with nothing to show for it aside from some money out of my bank account. At this point I'm uninstalling and going to a different option.
This app has helped me set up preorder buttons throughout my site. There was some compatibility issues with my theme (Blockshop) and the support team was able to fix them. I usually get a response from support within 24 hours!
Excellent customer service, answered all my questions quickly and willing to help. Unfortunately this app didn't work for our business model we needed more than what the app offered.
