This app really helps to grow business and order volume. Nicely build app and all settings and configurations are easy to use. Support staffs are very responsive. They are ready to help in case you face any difficulty or issue. Very Impressive.

Great app if you want to incorporate a pre-order facility to your shopify store. Easy to use, and easy to set products to pre-order status. Whenever we have had any minor issues, the Shine Dezign staff are always quick to support and get any issues resolved quickly. Would highly recommend this app!

Powerful features and reasonably priced. Not to mention, their customer support is responsive and top-notch. I'm using the pre-order and partial order functionality and both work great!

Works flawlessly. Only issue was we were trying to use the pre-order feature with the free trial and could not get it to work. We could only get it to do a coming soon. Got on with support via Team Viewer and he fixed it right away. Just needed to pay for the package (which is very affordable). Support hours are weird if you live in the US, but very quick and responsive.

I almost rated this app 4 stars. I almost gave up on it and honestly it was very frustrating getting this app to work with all of my other apps. 5 stars? Absolutely! Why? Because their support team, especially Ritika, was amazing! Very helpful and responsive. Ritika changed my mind when I was about to uninstall this app. After many emails back & forth, and with the wonderful help of my awesome developer, they made this app work wonderfully and seamlessly with all of my other apps.
