This app is exactly what we needed for pre-ordering and collecting partial payments. The configuration and setup was a challenge but the developers are working on making improvements and were responsive to us. Glad we found it and it was very helpful, would recommend trying it out!

I just installed this app yesterday. I was having an issue with some coding within my theme. I contacted the developer and within minutes they were online and willing to help me. We stayed online for 2 hours helping me perfect my store. True definition of customer support. Thank you for an amazing experience. I feel confident in this app and will definitely recommend.

Very professional and helpful. The app is working perfectly fine and helping us with pre orders, and pre set dates for items made to order. We tried all similar apps and this one was the best so far. Vipin is absolutely amazing and helpful.

Support does a great job and they respond super quick! All of my issues were handled swiftly and accurately. I wish the app had more features to make shoppers aware of delayed shipping. Maybe a note for each variant in the cart?

My store has mostly pre-order items, sometimes over 12 months after orders are submitted. I struggled finding an app that would allow me to charge at the time of order in stock. This app has helped me tremendously and is extremely customizable so I can charge the customer in a way I think that works. The support team has been fantastic and extremely personable. They have worked with me for hours at time making sure my store operates the way I would like it to. Vipin and his team are very thorough in their explanations and providing me options to get the results I need. He has helped me to create unique features to tackle any of the scenarios I would be facing for my business. He is on point and very responsive in making my ideas come to fruition! This app is just exactly what we needed to be able to take orders and only charge a deposit for long lead times such as 4 to 6 weeks before product is available. The support staff are phenomenal - sent an email for help on one minor issue and they responded within less than 30 minutes and got the issue fixed as soon as I gave them access to our store. I recommend this product to anyone needing to take orders on products with long lead times, especially with the world wide supply chain creating shortages on everything from toilet paper to bathtubs!

I am new in pre sale and finally chose advanced pre order app.I am very satisfied with their service and always patience and guide from Vikas and their team .Professional and easy to use if you follow the instruction .

So far this app is doing exactly as described. We are only launching in a few months so we haven't fully tested it yet and will update this review then. The support is excellent, very prompt and very effective.
