I am facing an issue that I have been reporting for 3 months.
Each time that I add products I have to send them a message to put the label in the new products. They do not want to help me in general with this bug even though I have send videos and a dozen or more images. Really bad customer service.
I like the support of the Zendapps. They are always here to solve the issues of their customers. Love the app...
CS worked really well when I had a problem! congrats and thank you. App is easy to use and has options.
This app it doesn't work well. At least when we tested. After few tries I quit. If you choose a custom label and you need to be visible on a certain collection it doesn't work. It works 2 days at the beginning but after nothing's visible. Maybe you want to give them a chance.
Really easy to setup, and very fast to respond with a mix for my custom theme. I look at few other apps to make labels before I came across this one and it's SO much better!!
Never again. Just spend my time. Not recommend at all.
Support like 0. Very difficult to use it.......
HUGE waste of time, after installing the app doesn't run. Get the following error:
Session Expired!
Your session has been expired.
Go to Apps >> Elegantsy - Product labels app to login again.

Okay, I'm probably jumping the gun by going straight to the five-star review on this app because I JUST installed it and made my first banner, but omg it was so easy to use! A million stars for that alone! Plus, an app this cool needs more reviews, so here's another. Give it a go, you'll love it!
