The app is ok. But useless as there is no quantity tracking (so I have customer buying the same unique item twice). I contacted the support 8 month ago about his problem and told me they were working on this problem... 8 month later I asked again and reply exactly the same... When I asked them more details about this issue resolution they stopped reply to me.

The current app version was released in production not so long ago and we are constantly working on its enhancements.
Inventory tracking is an essential part of any store and we are in the process of developing our own inventory tracking system at the very moment.
The inventory tracking system we develop is a very complex mechanism, it will allow assigning stock to particular variants, not just separate option values. Also, it will be possible to link existing products/variants from your catalog to our option values.
The implementation of such a system is a complex and resource-intensive process that requires time. But we are doing our best to launch it as soon as possible.

This app has helped me to provide a greater amount of personalisation for my products than I thought was possible. I requested them to change the charge per character to ignore the spaces, and they changed the app within a few days, which I thought was excellent service.
They are very responsive to requests of support / additional information, and would not hesitate to recommend.
If I were to be picky, there are some limitations which I have found, which they have said will be improved in the next few months.
I love the app! It has many amazing features. Easy to use and communicate with the developers who are always very helpful and quick to respond, which is so important! The best part of it is that the app is customisable and developers are able to do this for you. A few new features will be added in the app, hopefully soon, which will make this app ideal for those who have many variants! Just want to stress again - customer service is superb!
This app has been amazing!! I used it to show the different monogram options I offer. This app is the easiest I have used so far and the tech support I have received when trying to do custom edits to tailor to my customers is AMAZE! Highly recommend.
This app clones the all of listing variations and you get hundreds of copies. So messy. It can not be used with with spesific product discount. And its very hard to use eg. Facebook marketing because of copied listings. Instagram-Facebook shop feature is useless too...
UPDATE: Newer version is still not avaliable. Few weeks, few months... It almost a year :) Cloned products are still a nightmare. No solution for this.

We do understand your concerns and sorry for the app turned out to be too complicated.
Our team is working on a new update for this app, which will significantly improve the approach of how the options are added to the products. We will get rid of these cloned products and will use the Shopify Variants functionality to add the options. The final product variant will be dynamically generated to reflect all chosen options. It will make all native Shopify features work correctly.
Please feel free to try the app in a few weeks after this new version is launched.

Love the app, it's the best in the market place. They need to optimize their app however, product correlations and option set duplications are a bit limited and clunky.

This app was amazing at first. I thought it was the solution to all of my Shopify options problems. That being said.... I continue to have issue after issue with this app. Mageworx is great to investigate and solve problems, but it takes them roughly 24 hours to respond to an email, which is the only way to contact them. I am paying $15/mo for a product that has gone down at least 3 times in less than a year that I have been using it. This is a HUGE issue for someone who relies on these options to sell their products. I had a customer contact me of the issue tonight because I have recently installed a chat app on my Shopify site. I wonder how many times this has happened without my knowledge. I am seriously considering a switch to a different app as it has been several hours and this issue is still ongoing. Again, no phone number to contact someone and they have bankers hours.... its 11:30pm on a Friday. Extremely unhappy.
Aside from the issues I am having today... The app is slow in general. I can type "Shirt Color" into my app options and it takes 1-2 minutes to enter into the field. Mageworx has a lot of updating to do.
We picked shopify over bigcommerce based on this app. Or products have a lot of different options as every product is made to order, without this App our onlineshop with shopify would be useless. The support is first class and always helpful, I cannot recommend this app enough.
