Great customer support service. I had one issue in setting up my own customized product options. I just emailed them my issue in detail with screenshots. I got an instant reply from the team & they set up my customized options as i wanted. This thing kept me from trying another app. So changing my 2 stars to 5 stars. Thankyou and after my trial period im gonna keep my subscription with more peace of mind.

It was a great app, but I am looking for a quantity-based conditional logic so I've decided not to proceed, hoping to get this feature in the future.

This app is what I am looking for. Also, they have very kind support. They always help me with my concerns in the app and responded very quickly.

This is app is better than any app I've used for variants, and trust me I used quite a few. But here's the cherry on top, The customer support is the best I've dealt with on shopify period. They took care of any issues I had in less than 24 hrs, informative and useful. God bless them.

Great options tool, support is great and very, very fast! But it makes a clone of each product. can be automatically deleted after a while but still no good solution if you will use remarketing etc.
Customers can't change an option anymore, if they click the product from the cart page, because it will link to the cloned product without options...
I hope a solution will be found very soon

After having to delay my site launch because of two other product option apps failing to work as needed, I came across Advanced Product Options. It does everything I needed, everything I wanted (and everything other apps don't do or charge a lot for) at a great price.

I sell stationery, invitations and other paper goods that have many options. A couple of my favorite features are the conditional logic, the option to replace the main product image with one of the custom options, and the ability to have the options change the main price.

Customer service was great! Quick to respond and follow up. They helped me install the app and make a few custom tweaks I needed. I highly recommend Advance Product Options and only wish I had found this app months ago! Save yourself a lot of headache and time and use this app.

Really amazing app. I've tried so many apps and this one is the only one that allows me to control inventory per option. Despite it being the weekend the app support team has been great and super quick with installing the app and solving some issues

Does what I needed to do. Works great. Support have been quick to respond. Somethings I feel that are missing from the app and would make the app a 5 star is: I would like to see the image options for multiselect to disable a different colour or put an X through the image to show the options is our of stock or unavailable. Currently it looks like you can click it although the button is disabled. Also I would love to see after selecting the maximum items the others get an X or greyed out to show the maximum number of items have been selected. If these are something you could look at in the future I think this app will be above 5 stars!

I haven't even bought this app yet and yet the customer service / engineering team has been incredible. They have made free customizations to the app for me, to suit our retail needs. We are excited to have this app on our store and it will add great options and value for the customers to be able to select additional accessories for the board games we sell.
