One of the worst app and worst support. Always some issues which affect sales directly.
In order to migrate their storefront to Shopify, my client required the ability to adjust product pricing based on percentages, and Advanced Product Options was one of the very few tools I found that could accommodate that requirement. Their support was invaluable and extremely responsive in getting the app configured and it's working beautifully on the site now.
Hard to know exactly how many sales we have missed with this plugin, but one thing is sure, it's not reliable. We had too many price malfunctions. It's full of bugs when you want to add multiple options with different prices. The team is reactive, but the bugs may come back a day or two later. Can't recommend this plugin. And sometimes the plugin was not showing at all on the product page?????

As a rule, the app works stable and we do not receive massive bug reports from other clients.
Conflicts may arise if the app is installed on a highly customized theme or a theme overwhelmed with an external code.

Ridiculously fast support and this app works like a dream. So happy with them. Definitely made our lives that much easier. Kudos to this team.
Spent HOURS working on getting this set up. Spoke with the company before installing and setting up, Had conversations about what we were doing. We wanted to have a product that allowed users to pick the color of buttons, but because the buttons were separate stock items, when used within this product they needed to also come out of stock. The only issue is, when you insert the product, using their variants, which was TERRIBLY documented, it charges the customer for any increase in bundle price you specify within the bundle, and.... charges them for each individual product in the bundle separately. So it effectively double charges them. This has caused HUGE headaches and understanding the damage this has done to our customer base seems to ellude this company. I would say, go find other solutions, whether bundling or choosing options, there are better rated apps. I was willing to forgo the original documentation issues, but the support is middle of the night as well so it's delayed every time you ask a question as well.

We are sorry to hear the app didn't work for your needs.
The 'Advanced Product Options' app is not a bundling app at its core.
It's aimed to allow clients a possibility to add an unlimited number of options (properties) and overcome the Shopify 3 options/100 variants limitation.
We've never stated this app is designed for bundle creation. Please point us where you read that and we'll correct the description to avoid further confusion.
We believe you should look for specialized 'bundling' apps that are designed to generate bundles, not the apps that are supposed to add properties to a product.

Really great app but the support is lacking and the software is not reliable. Works great 90% of the time and is down randomly the other 10. Word of advice, when you use this app as a product selector and it experiences issues you get $0 in sales, because customers cannot add to cart. This is the second time its happened it 6 months and if you're looking for support you won't get it. You'll just have to wait until they fix the issue, right now ite been about 5 hours for me, middle of the day, no sales, no support from Mageworks. I'll be migrating off this app and paying a developer to program an alternative option. I would suggest looking at other options because you're likely going to have the same issue and will have to change apps later on, costing you time, money and a good chunk of lost sales.
I'm sorry to hear about your experience. This incident was extremely frustrating for us as well.
It looks like some third party (with unclear intent) was using an automated script on one of our client stores, which was causing tens of thousands of fake products to be added to the shopping cart within a short period of time. At certain point it appears this triggered Shopify's product API limits, which caused the API restrictions to take effect for that store. Since we used to have one queue for all requests, those restrictions caused extreme delays in processing products that are being added to the cart.
Shortly after identifying the cause of the issue, we implemented and deployed a solution. Moving forward we will be taking additional steps to rework the logic and optimize app's performance.

The guys at Mageworx installed the app for us without hassle.
Once they installed it we set up the custom feature for our products in literally about 2 minutes. No tutorials needed, it was so easy to use.

I used this app to help distinguish different pricing depending on our customer's locations. There were quite a few things that needed changing and Alexey and the team have been nothing but lovely and made the changes (even when I was harassing them with about 8 different emails in the space of an hour) Couldn't recommend the app enough, and the support is even better. Thanks so much to Alexey, Angelika and the rest of the team!
Okay, the app just works and does what it says it would do. Support is efficient and patient. Highly recommended app.
