Easy to use product and great support with installation and basic customisation

This app is amazing and easy to use. The customer support can't get any be better, they help with everything I need and very fast.

This app is the only one that offer a solution to the product option we wanted to provide on our website, which was very specific (surprised it had this functionality!). Support has been great and very responsive. Only reason given 4 stars is the product option take 1-2 seconds to buffer onto the product page. If it was instant, I would have given 5 stars.

The App is great but what really makes it stand out above the crowd is the extremely fast and efficient support. I was genuinely surprised at how quick my query was not only answered but also implemented for me. Highly recommend the App and Mageworx

Great customer support service. I had one issue in setting up my own customized product options. I just emailed them my issue in detail with screenshots. I got an instant reply from the team & they set up my customized options as i wanted. This thing kept me from trying another app. So changing my 2 stars to 5 stars. Thankyou and after my trial period im gonna keep my subscription with more peace of mind.

It was a great app, but I am looking for a quantity-based conditional logic so I've decided not to proceed, hoping to get this feature in the future.

I used this app to help me reconfigure the layout of my products. The customer service is amazing! The only thing I wish they had is a step by step tutorial for the different variations in which the app is able to be utilised. I couldn't figure it out from the manual instruction alone, so I hired a tech to do it for me.
