We use this to help with our reporting, particularly around sales by collection, which isn't available from Shopify itself. We also use the scheduled emails with custom columns to see how we're performing throughout the day, so gives us much improved visibility of how we're trading.

I have tried multiple apps to get accurate inventory reporting. I need to see the inventory value broken down by each location for us so this app definitely does this. Also is very accurate calculating COGS each month at each location.

I have to give it 5 stars for the support even on the free plan. It wasn't easy for me to understand how it worked, I don't find the design that user-friendly. But I just had to ask questions and get quick reply and after a day doing this I had all I needed!
