Excellent customer service! They have always been very attentive to any issue or help I've needed. However, I have had to contact them a couple of times, and one issue ended up being something I didn't set up right to start with. The program works great and it is very easy to navigate!

If I could give 10 stars I would! We had a challenging time trying to implement our negotiated rates with Australia Post and ASM was with us every step of the way trying to work it out and get the Australia Post API setup and integrated ASAP (the problem was 100% with Australia Post and their technology). We finally got our somewhat detailed shipping rules implemented and it was an instant relief that we had finally found an app capable to achieving what we were hoping for when it came to shipping charges and having them linked to non-bulky and bulky products which were then charged based on weight and destination. Once shown how, the system is easy to use and top level support is only an email away if ever needed. This was been our best experience to date with any app developer and I cannot recommend this powerful tool more highly. Very, very impressed.

Great shipping app with flexibility to meet many use cases. When all other fulfillment apps have turned down our requests, Dan and the team at Advanced Shipping Manager were able to accommodate our custom requirements to get the job done right. Customer support with Advanced Shipping Manager is outstanding. This app is priceless and pays for itself quickly when you have many sku's with different dimensions and weights. Dan and the whole team are very prompt in replying back to help guide thru the setup process to ensure the settings are correct. Works great along with ShipStation for accurate shipping options in our cart. Highly recommend!

We sell products via UPS, USPS, and LTL and shipping quotes have always been an issue for our industry until I found ASM. I tested a couple of other shipping apps that were either too basic or no support. ASM has it all for me. Burt and Dan have been so helpful in helping me set up my store. They are even working on a customization just for my needs (at a fee but worth it). This is so far the best company that creates apps for shopify that I have worked with.

Advanced Shipping Manager is a great, GREAT APP! It provides me with tremendous flexibility in the choices I can give my customers and that results in happy, satisfied customers who get my products in their hands quicker and at what they know is a fair cost. The greatest strength to this app is without a doubt, the CUSTOMER SERVICE. ASM's developers are incredibly responsive and were able to help one of my newer people (who was just a novice with Shopify and API's) understand the API environment because they spent time working patiently with them.
