The app works great! I have contacted support many times and Burt has been so helpful. If you are looking for a shipping rate solution I would highly recommend Advanced Shipping Manager.
This seems to work, but it required assistance.
It does NOT work if you use a MAC.
And, the reply time for assistance is more than 2 days and counting....
Awesome piece of software, even better phone support. Highly recommend this app if you need to install multiple shipping zones and carriers on your store. Totally takes the headache out of the task and it's super simple to use, too.
We've been using this app for about a year. Any issues or questions we've had have been quickly addressed by the support team. There does not seem to be a limit to the number of shipping rules you can have. The only thing I would advise to watch for is if you are using the app across multiple stores. If you have two stores open in separate tabs and then open the app in one store, all the shipping rules are copied over to the other store. We have separate shipping rules depending on the store, so we've taken great care to avoid this. Overall, I think the app works very well for our needs!

My business wouldn't be ale to function without ASM! Literally the best shipping app there is out there. Trust me I've tried them all. Not only that, but their customer service is second to none. If you have a store that has any sort of shipping rules, ASM is a must.
Great shipping app with flexibility to meet many use cases. When all other fulfillment apps have turned down our requests, Dan and the team at Advanced Shipping Manager were able to accommodate our custom requirements to get the job done right. We've been a King Webmaster customer for over 10 years. We recently switched from one platform over to the Shopify platform. We were pleased to find King Webmaster had the Advanced Shipping Manager app available for Shopify. Our shipping needs are very complex. We ship with USPS, FedEx and by Freight. Some of our items ship free, some a certain flat rate to some states and additional rates to other states. We also have products drop shipped from a few of our vendors. Advanced Shipping Manager handles all those situations and more. On top of that the customer service is fantastic. If we didn't subscribe to Advanced Shipping Manager we'd be paying way more every month in lost fee's to the shipping companies. Advanced Shipping Manager is worth every penny!
This app is the best for live shipping quotes and item-based restrictions.
We unfortunately never used this app, but we have been billed for about a year with ZERO reach out from the app developers. Our previous management started this with the intention of utilizing a shipping manager but started the trial and never used it or told anyone about it. Our loss, oh well. Would have been nice for anyone to reach out about the non-use of this app but continued billing. Beware.
Dear customer, your billing is handled by Shopify. As such, once your app is installed - billing is completely out of our control, but you do receive a monthly invoice from them that would have prompted you to cancel if you were not using it. If you have any billing concerns - please contact Shopify directly and not through this page.
That said, looking at our ticketing system, we see our support team has been in touch with you MULTIPLE times since you installed the app - including two months ago, where you vocalized your interest in continuing to use the app. Not even once did you mention canceling it or any billing issues...
It is a shame you chose to review the app and its service on this channel for a billing issue that has nothing to do with the app itself, especially since billing has been in your full control and you could have just uninstalled it.
Moreover, at the time of writing this response - your app is STILL installed, so please uninstall it if you wish to stop being billed by Shopify.
