Advanced Shipping Manager

This app has worked really well for us! We've been using it for a few years now and have found the support to be outstanding. If we ever have a question or issue, they are happy to help and even do customizations for our needs. Five Stars!

I've tried several different shipping apps in the past, and this is the only one that truly does everything you'll ever need. The support is also fast and excellent. You can tell Dan really cares about his customers. I can't recommend Advanced Shipping manager enough!

The quality and functionality of the app is great, but the customer service standing behind it has been truly outstanding. They're light years ahead of any other app developers we've worked with over the years. If you have a need for this app on your store, I couldn't recommend it more.

ASM has an easy-to-use layout, with the ability to customize detailed and compounded shipping methods. Best of all, the service is fantastic. Very helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable.

All I can say is this is some of the best app support I have ever received. Not only did the app do exactly what I needed, but I was guided through with set up over a screen share call (what a treat). I searched all over the app store for the right extension to help us with the issue of combined shipping rates for multi warehouse locations and this is the only app that was capable of doing this. Huge shout out to Burt for the help. He was patient, personable, kind, and extremely knowledgeable about the app and Shopify. Give Burt a raise and pat your developer and founder on the back. I am impressed.

There is simply no other app that can do what this can. The team at ASM are very accommodating on helping you configure anything you need. If you need anything modified or customized, their dev team works with you tirelessly until you are satisfied. Dan and his team went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction.

We needed better control of shipping cost with frozen food. They even took the time to help us set everything up. Great addition.

First let me say that the Customer Support is great. No question goes unanswered. I am very secure in knowing that my needs are addressed in a timely manner. Our store drop ships items from various vendors located in the US. Dimensional weighting is a big issue. Items that need to be delivered by LTL regardless of weight can be identified. This Application permits you to indicate the origin of your shipment which is important to keep the shipping cost down for your customer. We are now using the shipping calculator on our site. I would highly recommend this App

Wish I could give this app 6 stars. Literally the BEST customer service I have EVER received from ANY business, and I do mean EVER. Burt and his team put in extra hours and answered every single e-mail, call, and questions incredibly quickly and efficiently. The app itself is also exactly what I was looking for. Setting up everything was a breeze and the app works without a hitch. Truly an asset to the Shopify community. Thanks again Burt and Robin !!!!
