Burt and the rest of the team at Advanced Shipping Manager are simply awesome!
Quickly respond to my inquiries and help find solutions to all my shipping issues. Was selling on another platform and they were great there, moved over to Shopify and they are somehow even better! Their product is excellent and the team really knows how to support their customers. Highly reccommend!

We have been using ASM for years, primarily to help us bring in our negotiated UPS SurePost rates that Shopify doesn't support. We also recently starting using their shipping rules and to offer free shipping on specific products. I can't say enough good things about the customer service provided, specifically by Burt. He is always super responsive, willing to work with whatever rep and information provided to him, in a timely manner to make sure our problems are solved. ASM will make sure you are set up correctly, answer all questions, and be there for troubleshooting whenever you need it!

This is the only real solution for having full control over your shipping. Shopify carrier calculated rates are extremely limited and for companies with a variety of products of all shapes and sizes it doesn't even come close to getting the job done. We required UPS for some packages, and USPS for others. You can call Advanced Shipping manager at any time and they will walk you through to fix any issues. Depending on how complicated your shipping is, it can be tricky to get everything right, the system is very deep and it needs perfect data at every step to get it right. But it's worth it to have actual control of shipping!

This is a great shipping app that gives us extreme control over various shipping options, allows us to exclude certain shipping methods for individual products and allows us to require different products to ship by themselves. The support has proven to be extremely helpful time and again! Dan is super patient in explaining how everything worked and in assisting with duplicating shipping methods on his end to make things easier for us. He is also very helpful in devising ideas and methods for tricky shipping setups.

We love this app. We have a lot of heavy equipment that we ship and being able to configure those items and have different shipping methods is extremely helpful for our customers. We've been able to give customers better shipping costs and ETAs.

Very powerful and flexible shipping methods and rules. Can likely handle anything you can throw at it. Customer services is excellent. Burt is very willing to help and goes above-and-beyond to make sure everything is setup and working properly.

Awesome Product! This does EXACTLY what we were looking for. I wish I discovered it a LONG time ago. Not only does the product handle the different issues we have with weight and shipping and box quantities, the SUPPORT IS SUPERIOR to anything else I've used in the past. This is a MUST HAVE app if you want to get your shipping dialed in. I am very pleased and its completely worth the monthly cost.

Advanced Shipping Manager is a must have app. It's easy to use and is very powerful. We can't live without it. We had it on our Yahoo stores, then when we migrated, on our Shopify stores. We were thrilled it was available on Shopify. We have worked with King Webmaster for a very long time, over a decade. We can't say enough about Dan and the team. They are top notch.
