We have a unique shipping setup on our store due to overseas manufacturers and dropship suppliers. Basically, if you have very specific needs when it comes to shipping rates based on origin or destination, this is the app for you to use. The app interfaces nicely with Shopify and connects to the shipping functionality natively, allowing you to work on the custom shipping setup on a custom back-end built by ASM. The developer I work with - Burt- is one of the coolest dev's I've ever had the chance to work with and he not only helped us get everything setup, but also helped me learn how to do some things on my own as well. He's always available via email or phone and will help resolve any issue in no time.

Let's be honest, Shopify is great but it isn't the most robust tool when it comes to custom, very-specific needs. Tools like ASM exist to add functionality that Shopify devs will NEVER add because there isn't enough of a demand usually. However some of us want to use Shopify for it's benefits, while still being able to do what we need to do - that's where apps like ASM come in, and they are truly invaluable for this reason.

I've been using this app for our e-commerce site for over 1 year.
The app is capable of customizing ground shipping & Ltl Shipping Rules to however, detailed you need it to be. There are many solutions for your business shipping needs. Best of all, is the support you get from ASM. Burt has been excellent in setting up the store and continuously works with an ownership mind and has helped me enormously. I highly recommend this app for your shipping app for customization shipping matrixes and knowing you have the support you need to help you understand the app and also someone who works with you in seeing it get executed.

We have a somewhat complex shipping setup that combines freight and small parcel shipping. This app has simplified running accurate calculations at checkout for our customers. The app looks a little intimidating at first but they will totally help you set everything up. This company literally has the best customer support out of any other app I have ever used. Burt is the man!! The app will pay for itself over and over. Glad I found them.

We love this app. We have a lot of heavy equipment that we ship and being able to configure those items and have different shipping methods is extremely helpful for our customers. We've been able to give customers better shipping costs and ETAs.

Advanced Shipping Manager is a fantastic app to give your customer accurate shipping rates and to easily manage shipping rates across your products and regions. We started using ASM with one site and then added it to our second site as well. The customer service is also fantastic. The team responds incredibly quickly and is great at helping us when needed.

Awesome Product! This does EXACTLY what we were looking for. I wish I discovered it a LONG time ago. Not only does the product handle the different issues we have with weight and shipping and box quantities, the SUPPORT IS SUPERIOR to anything else I've used in the past. This is a MUST HAVE app if you want to get your shipping dialed in. I am very pleased and its completely worth the monthly cost.
