The app does everything we need as well as allowing us to ship SKU's that have multiple boxes. Burt from the support team is always quick to respond and very helpful. Thanks guys, keep up the great work.

I am the IT guy. I assisted in installing and configuring for our store. During installation I needed to call support with a how-to question and it was amazing. The phone AND my question was answered immediately. I spoke with support a couple of times since with additional questions and they provided the same great service. Highly recommended.

We have an incredibly complicated and varied inventory with hundreds of products and Advanced Shipping Manager is our savior! I have been using it for years now without issues.
We use it to:
Charge different prices for different local delivery zip codes
Charge an adult signature fee if a cart contains wine
Prohibit wine gifts from shipping to specific states
Prohibit gifts with flowers and wine from shipping via certain methods
Offer flat rate shipping on only some product categories, with a weight max and an order subtotal minimum
We are now setting up a complicated flat rate shipping price for our gift baskets only and they are really going above and beyond to make it work for us. While it's not the absolute most user friendly for large product catalogs like ours (we've renamed our SKUs to help group products that we want to have similar settings), it's improving and it's robustness and unparalleled customer service makes it SO worthwhile. Someone else suggested I take a look at a newer shipping app with a fancier UI and they could not accomplish even one of our core needs. As a small business, I worried about the monthly subscription cost, but I absolutely think we recoup our costs each month and save ourselves so many painful customer service calls when a customer has selected a shipping method we can't honor. We likely would have had to leave Shopify without this app.

Advanced Shipping Manager has great features to handle shipping on your store. They even create customized features if needed. Customer Service is great and fast.

We've been using Advanced Shipping Manager for almost 3 years now in our US store and we recently deployed it in our Europe store. When we first signed up with Shopify 3 years ago we were shocked to find out how basic and limited Shopify's built in shipping quote engine was. We have thousands of products all with different sizes and weights, and many of our products are measured by the carriers using dimensional weight instead of actual weight. Shopify's built in shipping quote system only works on product weight (not box dimensions) so it is absolutely useless in this day and age when dimensional weight determines the shipping cost. Thankfully we found Advanced Shipping Manager (ASM) which provides full functionally for all shipping parameters including dimensional weight. ASM is simple to setup, easy to maintain and offers the core features needed by most small to medium sized businesses. They even have more advanced features like customs and duties calculations and estimated delivery times as optional add on features. To tie everything together they have an excellent support staff who responds quickly and can solve any issue. We highly recommend this solution to other store owners.

Greate app with excellent support. It has a lot of settings, but the documentation is really good. Support can answer to any stupid questions.

This app has been crucial for our site. We ship both small and large items, courier and freight, from multiple warehouses, with different shipping policies -- and so we required an app that could deal with our complicated situation. The support team is quick and very helpful and we've been able to use the sophisticated out-of-the-box tools that the app provides, and also add bespoke options for our own needs.

The customer support team is incredibly responsive and great to work with. Our store has a lot of unique shipping rules and ASM has patiently worked with us to figure out the best way to handle. They are the only company we have found with such customization.

I've tried several different shipping apps in the past, and this is the only one that truly does everything you'll ever need. The support is also fast and excellent. You can tell Dan really cares about his customers. I can't recommend Advanced Shipping manager enough!

This app is great, as it is extremely powerful in setting up rules, rates and shipping methods. It ties into our shipping accounts, and supports all rates, including FedEx One Rate, which isn't supported by everyone. Dan and Bert are also extremely helpful and responsive. They have taken the time to help us set up our stores and make sure that all of our rates are correct and everything is set up accurately. And if we have any issues, they respond immediately.
