Super helpful and responsive in solving any types of issues or concerns. We had a complicated integration and the team has jumped on many calls with us to assist in working through it. Burt and the team are awesome to work with!

All I can say is this is some of the best app support I have ever received. Not only did the app do exactly what I needed, but I was guided through with set up over a screen share call (what a treat). I searched all over the app store for the right extension to help us with the issue of combined shipping rates for multi warehouse locations and this is the only app that was capable of doing this. Huge shout out to Burt for the help. He was patient, personable, kind, and extremely knowledgeable about the app and Shopify. Give Burt a raise and pat your developer and founder on the back. I am impressed.

There is simply no other app that can do what this can. The team at ASM are very accommodating on helping you configure anything you need. If you need anything modified or customized, their dev team works with you tirelessly until you are satisfied. Dan and his team went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction.

We needed better control of shipping cost with frozen food. They even took the time to help us set everything up. Great addition.

First let me say that the Customer Support is great. No question goes unanswered. I am very secure in knowing that my needs are addressed in a timely manner. Our store drop ships items from various vendors located in the US. Dimensional weighting is a big issue. Items that need to be delivered by LTL regardless of weight can be identified. This Application permits you to indicate the origin of your shipment which is important to keep the shipping cost down for your customer. We are now using the shipping calculator on our site. I would highly recommend this App

Wish I could give this app 6 stars. Literally the BEST customer service I have EVER received from ANY business, and I do mean EVER. Burt and his team put in extra hours and answered every single e-mail, call, and questions incredibly quickly and efficiently. The app itself is also exactly what I was looking for. This app helps us save $$$ on shipping costs - highly recommend! There are so many rules that can be setup to show shipping methods based on commercial/residential addresses, shipping weights, and even free shipping thresholds. Customer support (specifically Dan!) has been very quick to respond and has helped us find solutions to save even more.

Great support team. Platform is easy to use once you've done the set up. Offers more shipping options than our last shipping app.

Wonderfully powerful app! Most orders from our store ship in multiple boxes totaling over 150 pounds. Me and my team must have talked with Shopify a dozen times (maybe more) about this problem and if there was a workaround. Finally, on the last phone call we placed, they revealed this gem of an app. It handles multi-box shipments of any weight and uses real-time carrier-calculated rates. There are so many customizations. It even plays nice with other apps. Burt was extremely helpful in getting me setup and acquainted to the user interface, which is extremely intuitive and simple-to-use. I was relieved when I learned you could do .csv uploads. It's amazing how many apps lack this feature. This is really a must-have app.

This app only has one review of less than two stars (at the time I'm writing this, although I don't see it ever getting a bad review) and I don't know why it was negative. The interface isn't on Shopify's website, but working with the Advanced Shipping Manager app is like working on any app in the backend. I realize this started as a Yahoo Merchant Stores program, but it works amazingly in Shopify. I could really care less what other platforms it is built for; we use Shopify and it works great for us.
