I have been trying to contact their support for the past 4 days but every time I messaged them on the chat bot they said they are now offline no response no significant documentation on how the functionality works I am really disappointed.

I really love the simple interface and setup is so easy, one of the best tools so far I have worked with. And their support is really amazing Laura answered me in seconds after I asked my questions!

I have tried to set up this seemingly simple app. I am by no means tech savvy, but I am not an idiot. I have two affiliates that are waiting to be approved and every time I took the approved button and never accept it. I’m not sure how people are actually getting in touch with customer service because it does not matter what time I try to contact them. No one is over there. You definitely get what you pay for because this is free and I have received nothing.
