Great experience so far, Sam patiently helped respond to my start-up questions. It's a simple app that tracks the basic info you need which allows you to work alongside your in-house system rather than need to move everything over to a new space.
The one feature that would make it better is being able to assign orders to reps/affiliates in the Shopify back-end, but can understand why it's not included in this particular app.

I was honestly a little nervous when I first started setting everything up. Seeing all the options on the settings page felt overwhelming at first, but ReferrLy’s customer service made the entire process so much easier.

All I had to do was chat with their support team, and they helped fix every issue quickly. For anyone looking to set up a partnership or affiliate program, don’t worry. You really just need to install the app, embed the link on your page, and you’re basically ready to go.

You also get your own backend where you can set up commission rates and manage everything, and the process is very straightforward. If you have any questions, just click the chat button. Their team responds quickly and is genuinely helpful.

It was a little difficult to use at first because of the language barrier, but once I got used to it, I found it quite handy. Their support chat is also run by real people, and they are very helpful and kind.

Brilliant app

A very user-friendly app for affiliate marketing. The app is clear and easy to use, even if you are not very technical. Setting up the affiliate program went smoothly, and the features are well structured and easy to understand.

What I especially like is that many elements can be customized to your own preferences, including the language. This allows you to make the affiliate program fit your webshop and target audience.

I am very satisfied with this app and would definitely recommend it to other Shopify users who want to start with affiliate marketing in an easy way.
