I have updated the app and now Affirm is not working for our customers. I have created a ticket and got no reply in days. What a joke...
The app doesnt even work and now I cant accept affirm payments. coooool. Way to send an email out and have step 1 be to delete the old app, before ensuring no bugs are present.

We appreciate your feedback here and we’re sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. We encountered an unexpected login issue on our merchant dashboard that also impacts payment app authentication. This all happened in step with our effort to get merchants onto our new payment app.

I wish there was an option to give it 0 zero stars, since it doesn't work. I installed it as instructed, step by step (I'm an engineer) and it doesn't work. Now we have no Affirm functionality on the Shopify site. Great job with the software validation, obviously still in DEV!
We’re very sorry for the impact these issues may have had on your Shopify store and we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. In some cases the authentication needed a few more steps and we should've taken better care to provide those sooner. Those steps were emailed out last Friday to the affected Shopify stores for your reference.
We checked out your store and it appears that the new payment app is working correctly.

Affirm fixed the bug, and I was able to turn Affirm back on. One issue not addressed in their instructions, I have an Affirm account for multiple stores, and that type of account will not work. I had to add a user for only one store and log in with that account. The app works great, and my customers can use Affirm.

I got the email to update the app, followed the instructions and I can no longer log into the app or reactivate it.... wonderful

This was a breeze, no issues, got this done in 2 minutes. Just followed the instructions. Make sure you choose your right store and admin Affirm credentials while updating the app.
