UpPromote Affiliate Marketing

I have been using this app i want to say 2-3 years and just recently started back using it within the last week or so.... It is PERFECT for business owners are looking for affiliates; setup/signup is sooooo EASY and Customer Service is LITERALLY always a click away. Every Rep I have encountered has been knowledgeable with QUICK resoluton. I plan to continue with this app and soon see what the upgraded version can do for my business... DONT SECOND guess this app, even the FREE version is TOP NOTCH!

The app works very well and we can recommend it.
Change requests are sometimes implemented for a small surcharge if this is possible.
The support team around Barney and Stark etc. is quick and easy to reach, always friendly and solution-oriented.
The only drawback is that the store credit is not converted into actual store credit, but into a discount code.
If this could be improved, we would be 100% happy.

I was lucky enough to be looked after by Nick, who gave me really great insight into the issue I was having with tracking referrals from one of my affiliates. He was super thorough, and even sent me screenshots to help understand the issue clearly, as well as provide clear scenarios to make understanding a breeze! I am greatly appreciating my experience with UpPromote so far.

I did a tonne of research when looking for the best app that would meet my needs and be within budget. UpPromote shone through as a fantastic option and they are proving that I made the right choice.

I appreciate being able to be granular at the variant level for which products are included in our affiliate program and at what commission percentage.

I am also blown away by their support team. I've been helped multiple times now by Nick over chat and he has been fantastic at helping me customize the affiliate portal with our brand colours and sizing of the logo. As well as troubleshooting some of the functionality that I have needed extra support and guidance to understand.

We're pretty new to this app, but have enjoyed it so far. It's working great as a management system for our affiliates! I contacted support, and Nick helped walk me through a couple of questions quickly, and was super helpful!

If you're looking for a good platform to have all the affiliates in, and manage everything this app is perfect, and works great within shopify!

Great and fast support Tommy help me set up codes , also the app is very good it has free plan that is one of the bests apps i use for Shopify

It is a very convenient application for contributing to marketing performance. The dashboard is intuitive and professional. And it has a good UIUX for seeing marketing performance.

It's crazy to think I even hesitated and considered other options. The customer support alone is worth every dollar, not to mention the fact that this product is completely comprehensive, no matter what you're trying to do, while still remaining simple.
