We're using this app and so far so good. Easy to install, lots of configuration possible. A bit expensive for our utilization however, there's no bug this far. We'd like more reports available for our customers such as sales by products and others. Great app regardless. Don't hesitate.

Excellent app that seems to do absolutely everything one could hope for. Customer service is quick and helpful. I highly recommend.
I only removed a star because I believe that the ability to translate the affiliate guide/forms in multiple language should be available on the Growth plan (and not only on the much more expensive Professional plan).

Just to clarify, you can still put/select any language you want into the affiliate guide page and the affiliate registration form.

Love that it is user friendly and integrated with in Shopify. I love how it sends emails to Affiliate and creates coupon codes for each person for free.
I wish you could for free create customize link for each affiliate instead of having to pay for this feature.

Fantastic app at a great price. The software itself is pretty intuitive and the help docs (of which there are plenty) is very good, so getting it set up has been pretty straight forward once you understand their nomenclature. When I've reached out to support, the response (via chat) has been very quick and they've been very knowledgeable (thanks Gwen). One nice feature of this software is that you can automatically move an Affiliate from one tier (they call them programs) to another based on their referrals' sales (and other options too). It would be really great if I could auto-generate a new, unique discount code for them with upgraded benefits associated with that new higher tier as well. If not that, at least give me the ability to run a report (each week, month, quarter, whenever) that showed me which Affiliates had moved up a Tier so I could manually adjust their discount code. Bottom line - GREAT app! Just needs a small tweak to be PHENOMENAL!

I had some difficulties at first, not due to the app, but due to my not familiar with the interface. I worked with Stark and he was VERY helpful!
So far so good. Installing and testing as both the program manager for the store and as an affiliate myself. Easy set up!
Would give 5 stars if you were not forced to sign up to the "Professional" plan at $59.99 in order to use Paypal. That is a major drawback! At least they work with Venmo.

We had some issues on setup, but UpPromote resolved them quickly once we were able to communicate with their Tech Support. We are excited to start signing up new affiliates, and will continue to update this review as we experience issues or successes. But so far, so good.

Have only gone through the setup process, but they make it very easy step by step. Excited to move forward and really test out the software. UPDATE: Actually, since my initial setup, I have not had the best experience. Our tracking was not working correctly upon installing your software. We have reached out to support, but it has been slow and less than responsive. Not to mention, they decided to leave for the weekend without any sort of solution for us, a brand new customer. Honestly, if we weren't so busy over the course of the weekend, we probably would have installed a new software and gone with a competitor. However, we have other priorities which have popped up in the last 48 hours. It seems by default we will wait the weekend out and give the team another day or so to resolve the issue. But its been slow and not really the best customer service thus far. UPDATE NUMBER 2: Finally got a solution. After updating my review, I promptly received more attention. I did quickly research competitors, and decided to give UpPromote another chance because it was so consistently promoted and recommended. Customer service was able to find a solution that did not require me to be awake in the middle of the night to speak with them, or downloading additional apps to find a solution... the original options given to me. It took some communication, but eventually we got it straightened out. Excited to see what the platform can offer now!
