Just installed the app and they have Amazing Customer Service. Selina helped me with all my questions and problems.

Haven't used the app much, as I just downloaded it today. I have chatted with the support team already though, in order to remove a watermark. Selina helped me quickly and competently. Not only that, but she was also very friendly.

This app itself has been really easy to setup. Lots of videos and great documentation make it simple to follow instructions for most questions that pop up. I had one question about some of the special features and Gwen was incredible at explaining exactly what I needed to do and walked me through it.

Tommy was an absolute lad helping me out with my store, learning all sorts of new apps and support turns 50 clicks into only a few. Highly recommend the product as well as their support team, specifically the lad who helped me out!

Whether it's 10 am EST or 2:00 am EST I'm always helped with SUPERB customer support for all of my technical questions. I'm a n00b when it comes to shopify. this is my first store. So needless to say, I've had a LOT of questions along the way and I'm always getting 100% attention from Tommy. All of my questions have been answered and all of my idiotic requests are met with 100% support. I'm very grateful for the service and support. Would HIGHLY recommend!!
