Great app, easy to use. Brilliant support - I was lucky enough to speak with Tommy..who even signed up as a client so we could see what the screen shots looked like. For our business we needed a premium looking platform for the program and UpPromote has delivered this

I have been using UpPromote for over a year now. I've impressed with the customer service time and time again. My website set up is a bit wonky as I use a third party website and use the Shopify lite for my cart system. Whenever I have run into a problem, Evans has gone out of the way to help and has always been patient with me. I appreciate the functionality of the app and have been very pleased with my experience.

i uninstalled the day i paid to get my store back up and they still tried to charge me i need my refund...

Once your store is reopened, Shopify will issue all outstanding and pending invoices from all apps you were using. As a Shopify merchant, you’re likely aware that app charges are handled automatically by Shopify rather than by individual app developers. I’ve sent you an email regarding the charge—please review it at your convenience.

I have used Up Promote for our company brands now for over 12 months, with great success - the team are always on hand quickly to provide support, which enabled us to achieve this.
