We were a little confused after setting up our first set of programs because one of our affiliates had made their first sale but it wasn't showing on her dashboard. I reached out to support and spoke to Nick at UpPromote who was a great help! He advised me of the issue and also offered some suggestions and guidance on how to rectify it. New to this app. Support Team gave me a timely response to solve my questions. We will start to use it and hope to have an excellent experience.

We are just starting to use UpPromote for our Affiliate Program and we have been very impressed with the level of customer support when we haev needed it. While the app is fairly intuitive, we have wanted to do make a few small tweaks and we have found the team to be very responsive and a pleasure to work with. Once we have more Affiliates we will be able to see how they are liking and using their Dashboard but so far so good!
