Worked with Barney and the service was good. Responsive, clear and willing to work together to figure out any issues or concerns.
There are a few improvements needed to make the reporting and comms a little better, but the team at Secomapp are just amazing and super happy to help! I can't say enough about how much effort they put in to help us build the best system possible.

It was so close to good! Really great portal and extensive configuration - managed to get the portal, sign in, all pages, and functionality working exactly how I wanted them.
Unfortunately, only got purchase tracking to work when Shop Pay was used, but not when regular checkout was done - we admittedly have a strange website setup.. Tested and tried for a while, couldn't get it going. Besides that, the upgrades are far more expensive than the alternatives, which offer perfectly competitive features.

I tried to see if you contacted us to discuss about the tracking test, but it seemed like you never did. just turn users into affiliate marketers is inefficient. Would your app recommend successful marketers or websites for us to promote?

It has a lot of features that can be challenging to configure but their chat function is connected to a support team that is responsive. Tanie was really helpful in quickly finding a solution to our issue.
