I think it's the best app because you can get responses when you have problems in real time!
I'm always helped by Barney. He's always trying and proactively acting on my issues.

It is a very convenient application for contributing to marketing performance. The dashboard is intuitive and professional. And it has a good UIUX for seeing marketing performance.

We were a little confused after setting up our first set of programs because one of our affiliates had made their first sale but it wasn't showing on her dashboard. I reached out to support and spoke to Nick at UpPromote who was a great help! He advised me of the issue and also offered some suggestions and guidance on how to rectify it. Good customer support is harder to come by nowadays so I'm especially pleased with UpPromote's service! Highly recommend

Great app, been using it for a year now for affiliates and have just set up refer friends too. had a quick question once I had set it up ( on a Sunday afternooon ) and the Selina in customer service answered it very quickly for me.
Highly recommend !!

I am still new to this tool and had lots of questions. Chatted with Selina who is awesome by the way and helped me figure out of few things. The speed of response was amazing. I will continue to use the app and review it as i go along.

We are just starting to use UpPromote for our Affiliate Program and we have been very impressed with the level of customer support when we haev needed it. While the app is fairly intuitive, we have wanted to do make a few small tweaks and we have found the team to be very responsive and a pleasure to work with. Once we have more Affiliates we will be able to see how they are liking and using their Dashboard but so far so good!

Easy to set up, simple visual design, easy for affiliate beginners as well.
It's a nice app, highly recommended.

Barney from the chat staff member always helps me when I ask them questions, he is always helpful. One day I asked him something, he answered me and finished what I asked within only three minutes. I was so astonished with his quick response. I often tell him on the chat “Thank you, as always.”

Thorough, quick to respond and always have an answer to my query. 'Barney' (pretty sure that has to be more than one person as its always Barney!) is very helpful and even demonstrated with an example in screen grabs which was most useful . Many thanks.
