We've had experience with both affiliate and multi-level programs and software, and find UpPromote to be a breath of fresh air. Very intuitive and easy for both us and our affiliates. And support is top-notch. Gwen in customer support was very friendly and very quickly resolved a question about 2-level commissions. This lets me get back to our affiliates with answers right away.
