I appreciate this app and customer service because several days ago I had a problem with my paid subscription, I forgot to downgrade my subscription and Shopify charged payment which was in the pro version. After talking with customer service about my problem. They refunded my bills for my unused period. I am very happy because it is a huge amount of money for business beginners. I wish them good luck and endless customers in the future

UpPromote has been very helpful during our migration to their software. They are quick to respond and provide detailed answers and solutions. Selina, the support team and the dev team do their best to get all of our requests, changes and fixes turned around quickly. Their service performance raises my confidence in this platform. The App Works Flawlessly and got set up in very basic steps, It did not take more than 15 minutes for the app to be completely Integrated with our customisations and it all looks really good and our affiliates are very happy now.

I would also like to mention that the Customer Support Team, Tommy and Evans are great and prompt at communication and helped in no time to have everything set up properly. Thanks for all the help!

Super easy straight-forward app for affiliates, with all possible needs, from referrals to single product, collection, coupons.
I used the Chat expecting a useless bot to respond, but instead, an actual person responded immediately. I am in the free version and they were there for me. Mr. Evans was knowledgeable, courteous an fast to respond. He escalated my complex requirements to their development team.
