UpPromote Affiliate Marketing

Fairly easy and straightforward.

We team with schools where if someone uses their code, they get 10% of the profits. Affiliate Marketing made it easy to implement this feature with both a link and a coupon code. I wish the affiliate registration form was a little more customizable (add input types, remove input types, add labels, etc.) but certainly a minor issue that is easy to work around. Plus their customer service is quick in response which has been excellent during the setup stage of the app.

This was my first affiliate app and it works pretty well. Coming from a design background I just really wish there was more room to customize emails and send affiliates emails outside of the approve/deny generic email. I've had to use another app to send the affiliated emails specifically. But other than that I love it!

I have only been configuring the referral programs we need for (2) days, and although I cannot judge how it has worked for me with this application since it has not been used yet, I can say that the customer service is excellent. Tommy is answering my questions promptly, and not only that, he is suggesting important things based on my inquiries. Thank you.

This app is great to use as a small business owner. I enjoy that it is easy to communicate via e-mail with my affiliates. The dashboard contains email templates. These are easy to use to add the affiliates' name, company name, logo and make any edits that you need to do. There are several types of editable email templates. I like that it is easy to add a discount or create a specific affiliate link. Furthermore, there are blog articles, that are very useful, to better understand how to use affiliate marketing to a company owners' best advantage. The strategies explained are insightful for a new business owner.

So far all fine, but 4 stars because: I'm only setting up, but this comes up all the time.... I'll get back to you.
Btw.. your templates for terms and services have quite a lot grammar mistakes :)
