I used to be on wordpress and rebuilt my website on shopify - I needed an app for my affiliate program. UpPromote has been working great - it was easy to tranfer the affiliate over, I can do payouts with paypal, they have a coupon option, I was able to do commissions for professional affiliates and store credit for customer affiliates. I recommend this app.

Secomapp continues to be one of the best affiliate apps on Shopify with the most features. It was the ONLY one that had asset organization for ad creatives and other key features that no one else has.
