The core affiliate program does it's job. Like most apps, UpPromote puts you in a very specific box for how to deliver your affiliate program. Giving them a 5 star rating though because of their amazing customer service, which is critical for being able to troubleshoot issues and find creative solutions to problems. Tommy was my man and even wrote some custom code for me to get a quick solution to a feature I needed.
We've had experience with both affiliate and multi-level programs and software, and find UpPromote to be a breath of fresh air. Very intuitive and easy for both us and our affiliates. And support is top-notch. Gwen in customer support was very friendly and very quickly resolved a question about 2-level commissions. This lets me get back to our affiliates with answers right away. Such a bad Customer services , I tried many times to connect with them , there is no feedback , they mentioned they have 24/7 Live chat option , but after waiting few days , I still not able to find it
