AfterSell customer support agent Patti was phenomenal in helping us set up, make suggestions, and adjust our setup. We were so impressed with the app and customer support that we added it to our 2nd Shopify store. Very very happy.

I haven’t been using the app for very long, but right away, the customer service has been exceptional. That might not seem important to everyone, but when you're trying to get an upsell working on a Saturday night and no one is there to help until Monday, you realize how crucial good support is. My rep, Dom, resolved an issue I was having with a different upsell in less than 15 minutes. I’m giving it 5 stars for the outstanding service alone!

Please refund my money. This app charges customer twice every time. People started to advise their Bank it's a fraudulent. Not recommended. Please refund.

Hi Artronauts! Thanks for leaving us your honest thoughts about the app. You should receive an email from us shortly to discuss your billing concerns!

In regards to having the customer charged twice... It sounds like your customers may be getting offered the same product they've already purchased.
This may cause confusion, causing the customer to believe you're offering a discount on their existing purchase rather than adding an additional item to the order.

To prevent this confusion, we recommend:
1. Changing the text in the offer to emphasize an additional product is being added
2. Ensure your CTA button's text makes it clear a purchase is being made (i.e. "Buy Now", "Add Product to Order")

If confusion continues after this, we recommend ensuring the upsell product being offered is not a product already contained in the order.
