This app does a lot and it is really great to be able to upsell people at the point after they have made a purchase, rather than before which could actually result in orders being cancelled. The only issue with the app is that it is not terribly intuitive and there are some things you just wouldn't be able to work out without consulting the help desk. I have to say that the help desk team are very helpful and have resolved every question that I have had to my compete satisfaction. I'd really recommend this app as the best one to increase average order, it can take a little while to get your head around it, but it's worth it.

I spent almost two hours troubleshooting my upsell setup, and there were a few frustrating moments, especially when a real customer order was modified during testing without my approval.
That said, the support team (Mark and Dom) stayed with me the entire time and helped get everything fully resolved.
They were patient, responsive, and made sure the final setup works smoothly.
Great support overall, but I’d love to see more caution around live orders.

UPDATE 2: The support team was very responsive and has been working actively to help resolve the issues.
UPDATE: Changing my review to 1 star. I have noticed a huge degradation in performance of this app especially with load times. When viewing analytics something always breaks and the app crashes or gets stuck in infinite load. Same happens when updating or creating funnels. In the last 3-4 months, there has not been 1 time where I have used this app and the screen hasn't been stuck on loading or just outright crashing during the session.
Great support. Heard back and was able to get set up by Dhruv on their team within minutes of reaching out on a Sunday. The UI/UX of the app is amazing as well!
When I first started using AfterSell, I had a really negative experience with their support team using AI generated responses and taking 3+ months to address my issue. As I understand they had changed hands and were working out some kinks, so I connected with them at a bad time. Since then I've given it another shot and their support has been more helpful and able to address my issues, and everything has been working smoothly. I'm pleased with the app at this point and recommend it as long as they keep their support in good shape :)
It's good for what it is. It only works optimally in countries like the US though, not Klarna countries, so 1-star off. It makes me more money than if I didn't have it so no *major* complaints.
The interface is somewhat dated, and here in Sweden, customers have to input their payment info again because it's not compatible with Klarna. Again, not something unique to this upsell app, but every one.
The 4 stars is for the app (THE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE WAS 5+ STARS). Jacinda was professional, friendly, and patient. I had difficulties understanding how to make changes and not only was the time taken to understand my problem, but also being empathetic with the frustration I was having with what seemed like something that should be an easy fix. I was provided with instructions, suggestions, and a step by step guide which made it easy to follow along and find the solution that I needed to make today (or in the future). 100% wish my CS experiences for all ecommerce troubleshooting are as great as this one.
