So they did act really quick in solving the issue's at hand and now we are back up and running pretty quickly. 10/10 for how quickly they reacted and we are happy to say the app is working properly again.

I was setting up an upsell offer and ran into a couple of challenges regarding product images and replacing an existing order with an upgraded variant. Been using the post-purchase funnels for a month or so. It was easy to set up. Relatively good customization options. Support was reasonably quick. Already seeing positive results.

I heard good things about AfterSell, but my experience with their support team has been enough of a turnoff that we won't be using the app anymore and will look for alternative solutions. Support responses are clearly AI generated yet they deny it. I waited 3 months for their engineers to fix my issue ultimately with no resolution, even though they confirmed it was happening on other stores too, not just ours. Their support team was never straightforward and only started to work on the issue once I copied my sales rep. The search for a good app continues!

Love the function of this app & the customer service has been great! This helps to increase conversions and AOV. Hailey was super helpful and sent me a video to refer back to with her suggestions to increase AOVs and conversions.
